This year Marubeni Heavy Equipment Co., Ltd has successfully organized a meaningful summer trip 2018.

The destination of Hanoi branch is FLC Thanh Hoa. Since this is one of the company’s annual benefits activities, it has been well-planned and prepared. Unbelievably, the weather forecast reported the storm in Thanh Hoa on that weekend (departure day). We all worried about how this trip is going to be. On August 17^th, in spite of mostly cloudy weather, the whole company were ready on time. Fortunately when we arrived Thanh Hoa, the sky is bright, and the storm was forecasted to completely change direction.

All employees were different from workplace, joining in the games and programs of the trip with the spirit if fun. The highlights of this trip were teambuilding games including football, swimming, tug-of-war, and other collectible games of organizer, all of which brought the atmosphere of fun, solidarity, and friendly.  

Together with teambuilding games is delicious meals with Vietnam Central specialties and the cozy atmosphere as at home.

In addition to the program of the organizer, some department also gathered to karaoke, gym, yoga, sauna at the resort; ride a bicycle or take a street tour.

Gala dinner is believed to be the most interesting program at summer trip because it’s a chance to collect various humorous pictures of both boss and staff in the most natural way.

The trip ended in the regret of everyone.

The summer trip tour of branches is also attractive. Quang Ninh branch went to Phu Quoc Island where they visited Sao beach, Phu Quoc prison, fish sauce production base, pepper garden, and other specialties of Phu Quoc.

 FLC Quy Nhon is the destination of Da Nang branch.

Bien Hoa branch went to Ho Tram grand resort.
